Distance Reiki lets you receive a full Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki session from the comfort of your home, wherever you live. I offer distance sessions 7 days a week, in 30 or 50 minutes, to clients in Canada, the United States and beyond.
Distance Reiki is a Reiki session given while we are in different places. I am certified in First and Second Degree Reiki, and Second Degree training includes distant Reiki, so you rest at home while I send the Reiki energy to you from Winnipeg.
It is the same Reiki I offer in person, simply without the need to travel. Many of my clients choose it because they live outside Winnipeg, have a busy schedule, or simply feel more at ease in their own space.
Before the session we connect by email, Zoom, WhatsApp or Messenger, so you can tell me how you are feeling. At the agreed time you lie down somewhere comfortable with soft music, and I begin. No video call is needed during the session itself.
After every session I send you a free written summary: which chakras were most affected, how that may show up in your daily life, and suggested next steps. You can keep it, reread it, and bring your questions to our next session.
Reiki is a complementary practice, so I cannot promise a specific result, and every session is different. What I can share is what my distance clients tell me: many feel deeply relaxed, calmer and clearer in the days after a session, and some feel warmth or release during the session even from far away.

Many people feel warmth, tingling or gentle waves of calm, and some simply drift off to sleep. Others feel very little during the session and notice a shift in the hours or days afterwards. All of these experiences are normal.
No. You do not need any particular belief or religious background to receive Reiki. Being open and comfortable is enough, and it is completely fine to come with questions or a little doubt.
It depends on you and what you are working on. Some people book a single session to relax and reset, while others prefer a series of sessions over a few weeks. After your first session I will share what I sensed and suggest a plan that feels right for you. Ask me about the 4-session package.
A 30-minute distance session is $40 and a 50-minute session is $75. If you would like to ask questions first, a 15-minute consultation is free.
